The 43-year-old was shot dead in the Borough on Modena on Oct. 5, 2010, at about 9:30 p.m., according to a release from the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
Authorities believe Ferguson was being robbed at gunpoint when his assailant shot him near the intersection of Modena Road and Union Street. He was struck in the leg and bled to death, officials said.
The Chester County District Attorney's Office said a $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in connection with Ferguson's slaying.
